Return & Refund Policy
1 year manufacturers guarantee. If any of the working components of your biofilter (lights, pump, power supply, fan) breakdown within a year BFH will repair the purifier at no cost.
Brighter Future Homes offers ongoing product warranty and maintenance plans that include water top ups, part replacement, and plant updates. so you never have to worry about a thing.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your LACS purifier, you may schedule to return the product to Brighter Future Homes within 30 days of purchase for a partial refund (60% of the purchase price) of the purifier (less shipping and handling charges, and modular plant inserts).
SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
Brighter Future Homes is committed to making the safety of our employees and community of customers a top priority. All staff are happy to wear a mask and sanitized gloves during delivery and installation of your bio-filters. All opened or used Bio-filters are cleaned and disinfected before being re-tested for use. Brighter Future homes is committed to ensuring our products do not contribute to landfill waste. To return your product please contact us, we will help make sure it is removed and disposed of properly.
Order and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, which will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, reshipments made due to incorrect shipping details will incur a new shipping fee.
Orders can take up to 5 business days to be processed and 4-8 weeks to be shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your delivery details.
Brighter Future Homes is confident that you’ll love everything you purchase from us. If you do not, We will provide a partial refund and help with removal of the product.
After 30 days, Brighter Future Homes offers a 90% refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges) on the return of all unopened and unused product. We will happily refund 60% of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges) of returned item(s) to the original form of payment. Any returns of used bio-filters over 30 days from when the customer or Market Partner receives their order will be accepted with no refund.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Please note that we do not accept returns of final sale merchandise or products unless they are faulty or unused.
A refund will be issued once we have collected your returned items. Any items that are damaged beyond reasonable wear and tear when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the product price less shipping and handling fees.
Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
